By using our site (Website/Instagram) and placing orders, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated here, whether you're acting on your own behalf or representing an entity. By doing so, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, authority, and capability to engage in transactions with us.

Any new tools or services introduced on the site in the future will also be subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time, so it's important to review them periodically.

Products:

For Pre-Order items, we aim to process and ship your order within 14-21 working days after verification and payment approval. b) Please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances during international courier transport.

Order and Product Complaints:

1. Once payment has been processed, no amendments are permitted. Please ensure that your delivery details and ordered items are correct before completing payment.

2. Ensure that your delivery details are fully, correctly, and clearly stated. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed or failed delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply if parcels are returned due to these issues.

3. All parcels are the responsibility of our third-party courier services. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels if proof of delivery is provided.

4. Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve them and they may be purchased by other customers.

Price and Payment:

1. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit where applicable.
2. Payment can be made using any of our listed payment partners at checkout.
3. All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 12 hours.

Product Quality Concerns:

1. Goods/Products sold are STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE and RETURNS EXCHANGE will not be accepted no matter what are the concerns as stated in the terms of use contract.

Delivery Process and Fees:

1. Products will be shipped once arrive to our warehouse and after we verified your full payments.

2. Once the Shipment Confirmation is emailed or sent via IG DM, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers.

3. We are not held responsible for lost parcels once proof of shipment is provided. Any claims must be made directly with our postal service providers. Compensation claims are not bare by us and are fully in accordance to the courier companies provision of claims. Compensation are fully bare by the courier company.

4. We will assist in compensation claims to the best of our ability.

5. All parcels are delivered by our courier partners J&T Express.

6. Self-collection from our studio is strictly not allowed.

7. We utilize flat-rate shipping: Free Shipping in West Malaysia and RM5 for East Malaysia.
